1. Postanowienia ogólne
PostKeno to platforma internetowa do zarządzania procesem akceptacji treści w mediach społecznościowych, dostępna pod adresem postkeno.com.
Operatorem platformy jest Nutrade sp. z o.o., z siedzibą w Polsce (dalej: „Operator").
Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady korzystania z platformy PostKeno. Rejestracja konta oznacza akceptację niniejszego regulaminu.
2. Definicje
- Platforma — serwis internetowy PostKeno dostępny pod adresem postkeno.com wraz ze wszystkimi jego funkcjonalnościami.
- Użytkownik — każda osoba posiadająca konto na platformie.
- Agencja — użytkownik zarejestrowany jako agencja marketingowa, który tworzy i zarządza treściami oraz kontami klientów.
- Klient — użytkownik zaproszony przez agencję, który przegląda i akceptuje lub odrzuca przesłane treści.
- Pracownik — użytkownik dodany przez agencję jako członek zespołu, posiadający dostęp do tworzenia i zarządzania treściami.
- Treść — wszelkie materiały przesyłane do platformy, w tym teksty, obrazy, wideo i komentarze.
- Post — jednostka treści przygotowana do publikacji w mediach społecznościowych, zawierająca tekst, pliki medialne, datę publikacji i przypisany kanał.
3. Rejestracja i konta
Aby korzystać z platformy, konieczne jest utworzenie konta. Rejestracja wymaga podania:
- Adresu e-mail (służącego jako login)
- Imienia i nazwiska
- Nazwy firmy (agencji)
- Hasła
Użytkownik zobowiązuje się do:
- Podania prawdziwych i aktualnych danych podczas rejestracji.
- Zachowania poufności danych logowania (adresu e-mail i hasła).
- Nieudostępniania konta osobom trzecim.
- Niezwłocznego poinformowania Operatora o nieautoryzowanym dostępie do konta.
Użytkownik ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność za wszelkie działania wykonane za pośrednictwem swojego konta.
4. Opis usługi
PostKeno jest platformą umożliwiającą agencjom marketingowym zarządzanie procesem akceptacji treści przeznaczonych do publikacji w mediach społecznościowych. Platforma oferuje następujące funkcje:
- Tworzenie postów z tekstem, grafikami i wideo
- Przypisywanie postów do kanałów społecznościowych (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn i inne)
- Planowanie dat publikacji
- Przesyłanie postów do akceptacji przez klientów
- System komentarzy umożliwiający komunikację między agencją a klientem
- Powiadomienia e-mail o zmianach statusów postów
- Zarządzanie kontami klientów i pracowników
5. Obowiązki użytkownika
Użytkownik zobowiązuje się do:
- Korzystania z platformy zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem, w szczególności z prawem polskim i przepisami Unii Europejskiej.
- Nieprzesyłania treści nielegalnych, w tym treści naruszających prawa autorskie, znaki towarowe lub inne prawa własności intelektualnej osób trzecich.
- Nieprzesyłania treści obraźliwych, pornograficznych, nawołujących do nienawiści lub przemocy.
- Niepodejmowania prób nieautoryzowanego dostępu do systemów, danych innych użytkowników lub infrastruktury platformy.
- Niekorzystania z platformy w sposób mogący zakłócić jej działanie lub obciążyć infrastrukturę ponad miarę.
- Poszanowania praw autorskich do wszelkich przesyłanych materiałów — użytkownik gwarantuje, że posiada odpowiednie prawa lub licencje do przesyłanych treści.
6. Własność intelektualna
Treści użytkownika: Użytkownik zachowuje pełne prawa własności intelektualnej do treści przesyłanych na platformę. PostKeno nie rości sobie żadnych praw własności do treści użytkowników.
Licencja dla platformy: Przesyłając treści na platformę, użytkownik udziela Operatorowi niewyłącznej, nieodpłatnej licencji na wyświetlanie, przechowywanie i przetwarzanie tych treści wyłącznie w zakresie niezbędnym do świadczenia usługi (wyświetlanie w procesie akceptacji, generowanie miniatur, przechowywanie do momentu usunięcia).
Platforma: Wszelkie elementy platformy PostKeno (kod, projekt graficzny, logo, nazwa) stanowią własność intelektualną Operatora i są chronione prawem autorskim.
7. Ograniczenia odpowiedzialności
Platforma PostKeno jest udostępniana w stanie „takim, jaki jest" (as is), bez jakichkolwiek gwarancji, wyraźnych lub dorozumianych.
Operator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za:
- Przerwy w dostępności usługi spowodowane pracami konserwacyjnymi, aktualizacjami lub awariami technicznymi.
- Utratę danych wynikającą z okoliczności niezależnych od Operatora.
- Treści przesyłane przez użytkowników — odpowiedzialność za treści ponosi wyłącznie ich autor.
- Szkody pośrednie, utracone korzyści lub straty wynikające z korzystania lub niemożności korzystania z platformy.
- Działania osób trzecich, w tym nieautoryzowany dostęp do kont wynikający z zaniedbań użytkownika w zakresie ochrony danych logowania.
Operator dokłada wszelkich starań, aby platforma działała prawidłowo i bezpiecznie, jednak nie gwarantuje nieprzerwanej dostępności usługi.
8. Zawieszenie i usunięcie konta
Usunięcie przez użytkownika: Użytkownik może usunąć swoje konto w dowolnym momencie za pomocą funkcji „Usuń konto" w ustawieniach. Usunięcie konta jest trwałe i powoduje usunięcie wszystkich danych, postów i plików powiązanych z kontem.
Zawieszenie przez Operatora: Operator zastrzega sobie prawo do zawieszenia lub usunięcia konta użytkownika w przypadku:
- Naruszenia niniejszego regulaminu.
- Przesyłania treści nielegalnych lub szkodliwych.
- Prób nieautoryzowanego dostępu do platformy lub danych innych użytkowników.
- Korzystania z platformy w sposób zagrażający jej bezpieczeństwu lub stabilności.
Przed zawieszeniem konta Operator, w miarę możliwości, poinformuje użytkownika o przyczynie drogą e-mailową.
9. Plany i płatności
PostKeno oferuje plan Free (bezpłatny, 1 klient, 1 pracownik, 500 MB) oraz płatne plany subskrypcyjne: Growth (29 EUR/mies. brutto) i Agency (59 EUR/mies. brutto). Aktualne ceny i limity dostępne są na stronie postkeno.com.
Płatne plany obejmują 30-dniowy bezpłatny okres próbny, który nie wymaga podania danych karty płatniczej. Po zakończeniu okresu próbnego dostęp do funkcji płatnego planu zostaje zawieszony do momentu wyboru i opłacenia planu.
Płatności obsługiwane są przez Stripe, Inc. Operator nie przechowuje pełnych danych kart płatniczych. Subskrypcja jest odnawiana automatycznie co miesiąc. Użytkownik może anulować subskrypcję w dowolnym momencie — dostęp do płatnych funkcji pozostanie aktywny do końca opłaconego okresu rozliczeniowego.
Dla firm z Unii Europejskiej spoza Polski z ważnym numerem VAT EU cena jest pomniejszona o 23% VAT.
Operator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany cen planów. O zmianach użytkownicy zostaną poinformowani z co najmniej 30-dniowym wyprzedzeniem drogą e-mailową. Zmiana ceny nie wpływa na bieżący okres rozliczeniowy.
10. Zmiany regulaminu
Operator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszego regulaminu. O każdej istotnej zmianie użytkownicy zostaną poinformowani drogą e-mailową na adres powiązany z kontem, z co najmniej 14-dniowym wyprzedzeniem.
Kontynuowanie korzystania z platformy po wejściu w życie zmian oznacza ich akceptację. Jeżeli użytkownik nie zgadza się ze zmianami, może usunąć swoje konto przed datą wejścia w życie nowego regulaminu.
Data ostatniej aktualizacji jest zawsze widoczna na górze tego dokumentu.
11. Prawo właściwe i jurysdykcja
Niniejszy regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu. Wszelkie spory wynikające z korzystania z platformy będą rozstrzygane przez sądy powszechne właściwe dla siedziby Operatora, chyba że obowiązujące przepisy prawa stanowią inaczej (w szczególności przepisy dotyczące ochrony konsumentów).

1. General Provisions
PostKeno is an online platform for managing the content approval process for social media, available at postkeno.com.
The platform is operated by Nutrade sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland (hereinafter: the "Operator").

These Terms of Service govern the use of the PostKeno platform. By registering an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Definitions
- Platform — the PostKeno web application at postkeno.com and all its features.
- User — any person who holds an account on the platform.
- Agency — a user registered as a marketing agency who creates and manages content and client accounts.
- Client — a user invited by an agency who reviews and approves or rejects submitted content.
- Employee — a user added by an agency as a team member with access to create and manage content.
- Content — any material uploaded to the platform, including text, images, video, and comments.
- Post — a unit of content prepared for social media publication, containing text, media files, a publication date, and an assigned channel.
3. Registration and Accounts
To use the platform, you must create an account. Registration requires:
- Email address (used as your login)
- First and last name
- Company (agency) name
- Password
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.
- Keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential.
- Not share your account with third parties.
- Promptly notify the Operator of any unauthorised access to your account.
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
4. Service Description
PostKeno is a platform that enables marketing agencies to manage the content approval process for social media publications. The platform provides:
- Creating posts with text, images, and video
- Assigning posts to social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Scheduling publication dates
- Submitting posts for client approval
- A comment system for communication between agencies and clients
- Email notifications about post status changes
- Managing client and employee accounts
5. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the platform in accordance with applicable law, including Polish and EU legislation.
- Not upload illegal content, including material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Not upload offensive, pornographic, hateful, or violent content.
- Not attempt unauthorised access to systems, other users' data, or the platform's infrastructure.
- Not use the platform in a way that could disrupt its operation or overload its infrastructure.
- Respect copyrights on all uploaded materials — you warrant that you hold appropriate rights or licences for all content you upload.
6. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain full intellectual property rights to the content you upload to the platform. PostKeno does not claim ownership of any user content.
Platform licence: By uploading content, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and process that content solely to the extent necessary for providing the service (displaying in the approval workflow, generating thumbnails, storing until deletion).
Platform: All elements of the PostKeno platform (code, design, logo, name) are the intellectual property of the Operator and are protected by copyright.
7. Limitation of Liability
The PostKeno platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Operator shall not be liable for:
- Service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical failures.
- Data loss resulting from circumstances beyond the Operator's control.
- Content uploaded by users — liability for content rests solely with its author.
- Indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
- Actions of third parties, including unauthorised account access due to the user's failure to protect login credentials.
8. Account Termination
Deletion by user: You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" feature in your settings. Account deletion is permanent and results in the removal of all data, posts, and files associated with the account.
Suspension by Operator: The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in cases of:
- Violation of these terms.
- Uploading illegal or harmful content.
- Attempting unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data.
- Using the platform in a manner that threatens its security or stability.
Before suspending an account, the Operator will, where possible, inform the user of the reason by email.
9. Plans and Payments
PostKeno offers a Free plan (1 client, 1 team member, 500 MB) and paid subscription plans: Growth (EUR 29/month gross) and Agency (EUR 59/month gross). Current pricing and limits are available at postkeno.com.
Paid plans include a 30-day free trial that does not require a credit card. After the trial ends, access to paid features is suspended until a plan is selected and paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. The Operator does not store full payment card data. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time — access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period.
For EU companies outside Poland with a valid EU VAT number, prices are reduced by 23% VAT.
The Operator reserves the right to change plan pricing. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
10. Changes to Terms
The Operator reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes by email at least 14 days in advance.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account before the new terms come into force.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts competent for the Operator's registered office, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise.

- Nutzer — jede Person mit einem Konto auf der Plattform.
- Agentur — ein als Marketingagentur registrierter Nutzer, der Inhalte und Kundenkonten erstellt und verwaltet.
- Kunde — ein von einer Agentur eingeladener Nutzer, der eingereichte Inhalte prüft und genehmigt oder ablehnt.
- Mitarbeiter — ein von einer Agentur als Teammitglied hinzugefügter Nutzer mit Zugang zur Erstellung und Verwaltung von Inhalten.
- Inhalt — alle auf die Plattform hochgeladenen Materialien, einschließlich Text, Bilder, Video und Kommentare.
- Beitrag — eine zur Veröffentlichung in sozialen Medien vorbereitete Inhaltseinheit mit Text, Mediendateien, Veröffentlichungsdatum und zugewiesenem Kanal.
3. Registrierung und Konten
Für die Nutzung der Plattform ist ein Konto erforderlich. Die Registrierung erfordert:
- E-Mail-Adresse (als Login verwendet)
- Vor- und Nachname
- Firmenname (Agentur)
- Passwort
Sie verpflichten sich:
- Wahrheitsgemäße und aktuelle Angaben bei der Registrierung zu machen.
- Ihre Anmeldedaten vertraulich zu behandeln.
- Ihr Konto nicht an Dritte weiterzugeben.
- Den Betreiber unverzüglich über unbefugten Zugriff zu informieren.
Sie sind für alle über Ihr Konto durchgeführten Aktivitäten vollumfänglich verantwortlich.
4. Dienstbeschreibung
PostKeno ermöglicht Marketingagenturen die Verwaltung des Freigabeprozesses für Social-Media-Inhalte. Die Plattform bietet:
- Erstellung von Beiträgen mit Text, Bildern und Video
- Zuweisung von Beiträgen zu Social-Media-Kanälen (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn usw.)
- Planung von Veröffentlichungsdaten
- Einreichung von Beiträgen zur Kundenfreigabe
- Ein Kommentarsystem für die Kommunikation zwischen Agenturen und Kunden
- E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen über Statusänderungen
- Verwaltung von Kunden- und Mitarbeiterkonten
5. Pflichten der Nutzer
Sie verpflichten sich:
- Die Plattform im Einklang mit geltendem Recht zu nutzen.
- Keine illegalen Inhalte hochzuladen, insbesondere keine urheberrechtsverletzenden Materialien.
- Keine beleidigenden, pornografischen, hassfördernden oder gewalttätigen Inhalte hochzuladen.
- Keine unbefugten Zugriffsversuche auf Systeme, Daten anderer Nutzer oder die Infrastruktur zu unternehmen.
- Die Plattform nicht in einer Weise zu nutzen, die deren Betrieb stören könnte.
- Die Urheberrechte an allen hochgeladenen Materialien zu respektieren.
6. Geistiges Eigentum
Ihre Inhalte: Sie behalten die vollen Rechte an Ihren hochgeladenen Inhalten. PostKeno erhebt keinen Eigentumsanspruch auf Nutzerinhalte.
Plattformlizenz: Durch das Hochladen räumen Sie dem Betreiber eine nicht-exklusive, unentgeltliche Lizenz zur Anzeige, Speicherung und Verarbeitung der Inhalte ein, soweit dies für die Erbringung des Dienstes erforderlich ist.
Plattform: Alle Elemente der Plattform (Code, Design, Logo, Name) sind geistiges Eigentum des Betreibers.
7. Haftungsbeschränkung
Die Plattform wird „wie besehen“ (as is) ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt.
Der Betreiber haftet nicht für:
- Dienstunterbrechungen aufgrund von Wartung, Updates oder technischen Störungen.
- Datenverlust durch Umstände außerhalb der Kontrolle des Betreibers.
- Von Nutzern hochgeladene Inhalte.
- Mittelbare Schäden, entgangene Gewinne oder Verluste durch die Nutzung der Plattform.
- Handlungen Dritter, einschließlich unbefugten Zugriffs auf Konten.
8. Kontokündigung
Löschung durch den Nutzer: Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit über „Konto löschen“ in den Einstellungen löschen. Die Löschung ist endgültig.
Sperrung durch den Betreiber: Der Betreiber behält sich das Recht vor, Konten bei Verstößen gegen diese Bedingungen zu sperren oder zu löschen.
9. Pläne und Zahlungen
PostKeno bietet einen kostenlosen Plan (1 Kunde, 1 Teammitglied, 500 MB) sowie kostenpflichtige Abonnements: Growth (29 EUR/Monat brutto) und Agency (59 EUR/Monat brutto). Aktuelle Preise unter postkeno.com.
Kostenpflichtige Pläne umfassen eine 30-tägige kostenlose Testphase ohne Kreditkarte. Nach Ablauf wird der Zugang zu kostenpflichtigen Funktionen gesperrt, bis ein Plan ausgewählt und bezahlt wird.
Zahlungen werden über Stripe, Inc. abgewickelt. Der Betreiber speichert keine vollständigen Kartendaten. Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch monatlich. Eine Kündigung ist jederzeit möglich — der Zugang bleibt bis zum Ende des Abrechnungszeitraums aktiv.
Für EU-Unternehmen außerhalb Polens mit gültiger USt-IdNr. wird der Preis um 23% MwSt. reduziert.
10. Änderungen der Bedingungen
Der Betreiber behält sich das Recht vor, diese Bedingungen zu ändern. Nutzer werden mindestens 14 Tage im Voraus per E-Mail informiert. Die weitere Nutzung nach Inkrafttreten der Änderungen gilt als Zustimmung.
11. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen polnischem Recht. Streitigkeiten werden von den für den Sitz des Betreibers zuständigen Gerichten entschieden, sofern zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften nichts anderes bestimmen.

2. Définitions
- Plateforme — l'application web PostKeno à l'adresse postkeno.com et toutes ses fonctionnalités.
- Utilisateur — toute personne disposant d'un compte sur la plateforme.
- Agence — un utilisateur inscrit en tant qu'agence marketing, qui crée et gère les contenus et les comptes clients.
- Client — un utilisateur invité par une agence, qui examine et approuve ou rejette les contenus soumis.
- Employé — un utilisateur ajouté par une agence en tant que membre de l'équipe.
- Contenu — tout matériel téléchargé sur la plateforme : textes, images, vidéos, commentaires.
- Publication — une unité de contenu préparée pour les réseaux sociaux, avec texte, fichiers multimédia, date de publication et canal assigné.
3. Inscription et comptes
Pour utiliser la plateforme, vous devez créer un compte. L'inscription requiert :
- Adresse e-mail (utilisée comme identifiant)
- Prénom et nom
- Nom de l'entreprise (agence)
- Mot de passe
Vous vous engagez à :
- Fournir des informations véridiques et à jour.
- Garder vos identifiants de connexion confidentiels.
- Ne pas partager votre compte avec des tiers.
- Signaler sans délai tout accès non autorisé.
Vous êtes entièrement responsable de toutes les activités effectuées via votre compte.
4. Description du service
PostKeno permet aux agences marketing de gérer le processus de validation des publications pour les réseaux sociaux :
- Création de publications avec texte, images et vidéos
- Attribution aux canaux sociaux (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Planification des dates de publication
- Soumission à la validation du client
- Système de commentaires pour la communication agence-client
- Notifications par e-mail des changements de statut
- Gestion des comptes clients et employés
5. Obligations de l'utilisateur
Vous vous engagez à :
- Utiliser la plateforme conformément à la législation applicable.
- Ne pas télécharger de contenu illégal ou portant atteinte aux droits de tiers.
- Ne pas télécharger de contenu offensant, pornographique, haineux ou violent.
- Ne pas tenter d'accéder de manière non autorisée aux systèmes ou données d'autres utilisateurs.
- Respecter les droits d'auteur sur tous les matériaux téléchargés.
6. Propriété intellectuelle
Votre contenu : Vous conservez tous vos droits de propriété intellectuelle sur le contenu téléchargé.
Licence de la plateforme : En téléchargeant du contenu, vous accordez à l'Opérateur une licence non exclusive et gratuite d'afficher, stocker et traiter ce contenu dans la mesure nécessaire à la fourniture du service.
Plateforme : Tous les éléments de la plateforme sont la propriété intellectuelle de l'Opérateur.
7. Limitation de responsabilité
La plateforme est fournie « en l'état » (as is), sans aucune garantie.
L'Opérateur n'est pas responsable des :
- Interruptions de service dues à la maintenance ou aux pannes techniques.
- Pertes de données dues à des circonstances indépendantes de sa volonté.
- Contenus téléchargés par les utilisateurs.
- Dommages indirects ou pertes de bénéfices.
8. Résiliation du compte
Suppression par l'utilisateur : Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment via les paramètres. La suppression est définitive.
Suspension par l'Opérateur : L'Opérateur se réserve le droit de suspendre ou supprimer un compte en cas de violation des présentes conditions.
9. Plans et paiements
PostKeno propose un plan gratuit (1 client, 1 membre, 500 Mo) et des abonnements payants : Growth (29 EUR/mois TTC) et Agency (59 EUR/mois TTC). Prix actuels sur postkeno.com.
Les plans payants incluent un essai gratuit de 30 jours sans carte bancaire. Après l'essai, l'accès aux fonctions payantes est suspendu jusqu'au choix et paiement d'un plan.

10. Modifications des conditions
L'Opérateur se réserve le droit de modifier ces conditions. Les utilisateurs seront informés par e-mail au moins 14 jours à l'avance. La poursuite de l'utilisation après l'entrée en vigueur des modifications vaut acceptation.
11. Droit applicable
Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit polonais. Les litiges seront soumis aux tribunaux compétents du siège de l'Opérateur, sauf dispositions impératives de protection des consommateurs contraires.

1. Disposiciones generales
PostKeno es una plataforma en línea para gestionar el proceso de aprobación de contenido en redes sociales, disponible en postkeno.com.
La plataforma es operada por Nutrade sp. z o.o., empresa registrada en Polonia (en adelante: el «Operador»).

Estos términos regulan el uso de la plataforma PostKeno. Al registrar una cuenta, usted acepta estos términos.
2. Definiciones
- Plataforma — la aplicación web PostKeno en postkeno.com y todas sus funcionalidades.
- Usuario — toda persona que posee una cuenta en la plataforma.
- Agencia — un usuario registrado como agencia de marketing que crea y gestiona contenidos y cuentas de clientes.
- Cliente — un usuario invitado por una agencia que revisa y aprueba o rechaza los contenidos enviados.
- Empleado — un usuario añadido por una agencia como miembro del equipo.
- Contenido — cualquier material subido a la plataforma: textos, imágenes, vídeos, comentarios.
- Publicación — una unidad de contenido preparada para redes sociales, con texto, archivos multimedia, fecha de publicación y canal asignado.
3. Registro y cuentas
Para utilizar la plataforma, debe crear una cuenta. El registro requiere:
- Dirección de correo electrónico (como inicio de sesión)
- Nombre y apellidos
- Nombre de la empresa (agencia)
- Contraseña
Usted se compromete a:
- Proporcionar información veraz y actualizada.
- Mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso.
- No compartir su cuenta con terceros.
- Notificar sin demora cualquier acceso no autorizado.
Usted es plenamente responsable de todas las actividades realizadas a través de su cuenta.
4. Descripción del servicio
PostKeno permite a las agencias de marketing gestionar el proceso de aprobación de contenido para redes sociales:
- Creación de publicaciones con texto, imágenes y vídeo
- Asignación a canales sociales (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Programación de fechas de publicación
- Envío a aprobación del cliente
- Sistema de comentarios para la comunicación agencia-cliente
- Notificaciones por correo sobre cambios de estado
- Gestión de cuentas de clientes y empleados
5. Obligaciones del usuario
Usted se compromete a:
- Utilizar la plataforma de conformidad con la legislación aplicable.
- No subir contenido ilegal ni que infrinja derechos de propiedad intelectual de terceros.
- No subir contenido ofensivo, pornográfico, de odio o violento.
- No intentar accesos no autorizados a sistemas o datos de otros usuarios.
- Respetar los derechos de autor sobre todos los materiales subidos.
6. Propiedad intelectual
Su contenido: Usted conserva todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre el contenido que sube.
Licencia de la plataforma: Al subir contenido, usted concede al Operador una licencia no exclusiva y gratuita para mostrar, almacenar y procesar dicho contenido en la medida necesaria para la prestación del servicio.
Plataforma: Todos los elementos de la plataforma son propiedad intelectual del Operador.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
La plataforma se proporciona «tal cual» (as is), sin garantías de ningún tipo.
El Operador no será responsable de:
- Interrupciones del servicio por mantenimiento o fallos técnicos.
- Pérdida de datos por circunstancias ajenas al Operador.
- Contenido subido por los usuarios.
- Daños indirectos o lucro cesante.
8. Cancelación de cuenta
Eliminación por el usuario: Puede eliminar su cuenta en cualquier momento desde la configuración. La eliminación es definitiva.
Suspensión por el Operador: El Operador se reserva el derecho de suspender o eliminar cuentas en caso de incumplimiento de estos términos.
9. Planes y pagos
PostKeno ofrece un plan gratuito (1 cliente, 1 miembro, 500 MB) y suscripciones de pago: Growth (29 EUR/mes bruto) y Agency (59 EUR/mes bruto). Precios actuales en postkeno.com.
Los planes de pago incluyen una prueba gratuita de 30 días sin tarjeta de crédito. Tras la prueba, el acceso se suspende hasta elegir y pagar un plan.
Los pagos son procesados por Stripe, Inc. El Operador no almacena datos completos de tarjetas. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente cada mes. Puede cancelar en cualquier momento.
Para empresas de la UE fuera de Polonia con número de IVA válido, el precio se reduce un 23% de IVA.
10. Modificaciones de los términos
El Operador se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos. Los usuarios serán notificados por correo electrónico con al menos 14 días de antelación. El uso continuado tras la entrada en vigor constituye aceptación.
11. Legislación aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por el derecho polaco. Los litigios serán resueltos por los tribunales competentes del domicilio del Operador, salvo que disposiciones imperativas de protección al consumidor establezcan lo contrario.

I presenti termini regolano l'utilizzo della piattaforma PostKeno. Registrando un account, l'utente accetta i presenti termini.
2. Definizioni
- Piattaforma — l'applicazione web PostKeno all'indirizzo postkeno.com e tutte le sue funzionalità.
- Utente — qualsiasi persona che dispone di un account sulla piattaforma.
- Agenzia — un utente registrato come agenzia di marketing che crea e gestisce contenuti e account clienti.
- Cliente — un utente invitato da un'agenzia che esamina e approva o rifiuta i contenuti inviati.
- Dipendente — un utente aggiunto da un'agenzia come membro del team.
- Contenuto — qualsiasi materiale caricato sulla piattaforma: testi, immagini, video, commenti.
- Pubblicazione — un'unità di contenuto preparata per i social media, con testo, file multimediali, data di pubblicazione e canale assegnato.
3. Registrazione e account
Per utilizzare la piattaforma è necessario creare un account. La registrazione richiede:
- Indirizzo e-mail (utilizzato come login)
- Nome e cognome
- Nome dell'azienda (agenzia)
- Password
L'utente si impegna a:
- Fornire informazioni veritiere e aggiornate.
- Mantenere riservate le credenziali di accesso.
- Non condividere l'account con terzi.
- Segnalare tempestivamente qualsiasi accesso non autorizzato.
L'utente è pienamente responsabile di tutte le attività svolte tramite il proprio account.
4. Descrizione del servizio
PostKeno consente alle agenzie di marketing di gestire il processo di approvazione dei contenuti per i social media:
- Creazione di pubblicazioni con testo, immagini e video
- Assegnazione a canali social (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, ecc.)
- Pianificazione delle date di pubblicazione
- Invio all'approvazione del cliente
- Sistema di commenti per la comunicazione agenzia-cliente
- Notifiche e-mail sui cambiamenti di stato
- Gestione degli account clienti e dipendenti
5. Obblighi dell'utente
L'utente si impegna a:
- Utilizzare la piattaforma nel rispetto della legislazione applicabile.
- Non caricare contenuti illegali o che violino diritti di proprietà intellettuale di terzi.
- Non caricare contenuti offensivi, pornografici, di incitamento all'odio o violenti.
- Non tentare accessi non autorizzati ai sistemi o ai dati di altri utenti.
- Rispettare i diritti d'autore su tutti i materiali caricati.
6. Proprietà intellettuale
I vostri contenuti: L'utente conserva tutti i diritti di proprietà intellettuale sui contenuti caricati.
Licenza della piattaforma: Caricando contenuti, l'utente concede all'Operatore una licenza non esclusiva e gratuita per visualizzare, archiviare ed elaborare tali contenuti nella misura necessaria alla fornitura del servizio.
Piattaforma: Tutti gli elementi della piattaforma sono proprietà intellettuale dell'Operatore.
7. Limitazione di responsabilità
La piattaforma è fornita «così com'è» (as is), senza garanzie di alcun tipo.
L'Operatore non è responsabile per:
- Interruzioni del servizio dovute a manutenzione o guasti tecnici.
- Perdita di dati per circostanze al di fuori del controllo dell'Operatore.
- Contenuti caricati dagli utenti.
- Danni indiretti o mancati guadagni.
8. Cancellazione dell'account
Eliminazione da parte dell'utente: L'utente può eliminare il proprio account in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni. L'eliminazione è definitiva.
Sospensione da parte dell'Operatore: L'Operatore si riserva il diritto di sospendere o eliminare account in caso di violazione dei presenti termini.
9. Piani e pagamenti
PostKeno offre un piano gratuito (1 cliente, 1 membro, 500 MB) e abbonamenti a pagamento: Growth (29 EUR/mese lordo) e Agency (59 EUR/mese lordo). Prezzi attuali su postkeno.com.
I piani a pagamento includono una prova gratuita di 30 giorni senza carta di credito. Al termine della prova, l'accesso viene sospeso fino alla scelta e al pagamento di un piano.
I pagamenti sono elaborati da Stripe, Inc. L'Operatore non memorizza i dati completi delle carte. Gli abbonamenti si rinnovano automaticamente ogni mese. È possibile annullare in qualsiasi momento.
Per le aziende UE al di fuori della Polonia con partita IVA UE valida, il prezzo è ridotto del 23% IVA.
10. Modifiche ai termini
L'Operatore si riserva il diritto di modificare i presenti termini. Gli utenti saranno informati via e-mail con almeno 14 giorni di anticipo. L'uso continuato dopo l'entrata in vigore delle modifiche costituisce accettazione.
11. Legge applicabile
I presenti termini sono regolati dal diritto polacco. Le controversie saranno risolte dai tribunali competenti per la sede dell'Operatore, salvo diverse disposizioni imperative a tutela dei consumatori.
